Usually I use this space to tell you about books I think you’ll like. This time, however, I am going to tell you about a comic strip you should read. For free. It is called “Fowl Language Comics” and you can find it by clicking here for the Facebook site and here for the ‘real’ site. I don’t want to violate any copyrights, so I won’t reproduce any of the images here, but trust me when I say that you if you have kids in the house and don’t mind the occasional potty word, you MUST read this strip. Somehow, in just a couple of panels the artist, Brian Gordon, using a family of ducks captures the frustrations, warmth, and hilarity of parenting in a way that will make you laugh out loud while nodding with recognition. Support this artist, please. I want him to keep on drawing.
